“Had a “known” company come out to clear what I was told was a simple sewer line blockage. It took about 2 hours to complete. After 2 1/2 days, the blockage was as bad as before. Fortunately, I was unable to get the guys back out and found Rick’s Sewer Svcs. Corey came out well after dark, cleared the line and then got a camera down the line and found where the line was cracked and over 75% blocked by tree roots. He scheduled us to repair the line and did a really fabulous job. He was professional, very methodical in his analysis of the problem/solution, communicative, and answered all my questions.
